Cristina Daura (Barcelona, 1988) After studying illustration at La Massana, she complemented her studies at the Maryland Institute College of Art (Baltimore). She currently works for press all over the world: The New York Times, The New Yorker, Die Zenit, Süddeutsche Magazine, El País, Penguin Books, Blackie Books, Nike, Moog, Razzmatazz, Gutter Fest, Ayuntamiento de Madrid, etc. His illustrations have been considered for playing with a "childish" aesthetic but with the perversity of someone who is not quite right in the head. Comic and Fauvism art could be his biggest influences.
