For centuries of tradition and decades to come, men explain the world - whether they were asked to do so or not. By promoting the cultivation of this ancient tradition with an ironic undertone, this social spot highlights the absurdity of mansplaining in order to advocate gender equity.
Theresa Rehe found her passion for filmmaking at the young age of 10 years. Ever since, she created independent short films, worked in various positions on professional film sets and deepened her understanding for the director-actor collaboration as a member of an independent Berlin theatre ensemble, as well as through her first bachelor studies in Liberal Arts & Sciences. Since 2021, Theresa Rehe studies film directing and editing at the University of television and film Munich, where she has already created several short films, many of which she could present at national and international film festivals, including the Hof international film festival.
