It is that time of year again, every December bank holiday weekend; the International Feature Film Exhibit, the moment we have all been waiting for to see a selection of the some of the year’s best films. Six feature films, two from Latin America (Relatos salvajes and El Club), one from Spain, (Felices 140) and three from the United States: Birdman, directed by the Mexican Alejandro González Iñárritu, Whiplash, the surprise package of the year, and our annual appointment with Woody Allen, with one of his best works in recent years. And as per normal, they are all being screened in original version and in 2K digital quality; recently installed.
The best possible climax for a vintage year of film, in which the ALCINE Club and ALCINE have filled the screen of the Teatro Salón Cervantes to the brim with images in motion.
